Oliver Neighbour--English bibliographer and musicologist. He worked at the British Museum (now the British Library) from 1946, and was superintendent of the Music Room of the Library (1977-1987). He wrote the article on Schoenberg in the New Grove Dictionary of Music and Musicians (1980).
